Amounts n u had to tap the button when u were ready n whatevr it landed on was what u won, the voice sounded the same and would say biiig moneeeey lol jeeez such fun. it was awesome n i luvd n played it all the timeβ€
Wow that old Top Dollar and Pinball were hitting bonuses like crazy! You don't see that now, especially for a .50 cent bet. Awesome!!
Marc, thank you for sharing these vids of 'older' versions of Top Dollar & Pinball. Also, interesting facts πππππΉ
Marc, if you and Brantley come out to Jackpot, Nevada, youβll get to play those old S+ games! Many are setup to take silver dollars too!
Thanks for showing those older versions. I remember playing quarter Top Dollar machines in Vegas in the early 2000's. We had a lot of fun on them! Always wanted to get one to add to my home casino, and now I'd like a Pinball as well! Playing with coins was always fun and I'll never forget the sounds of $5 tokens hitting the trays! Always felt that when coins went away so did the Buzz ~ casinos are just not the same now.
I remember those TDβs yes not calling out the offer but I didnβt remember that βswackβ sound it gives when giving you the offer you chose! Im with you Marc I love TD!!
Iβd like to own a coin op slot. Those were so cool. My first time in a casino I remember walking around with the cup
Didn't those old Pinball machines randomly yell out "You Who" I would always turn around thinking someone was calling me. If anyone else remembers this, please let me know – thanks!
I still remember winning $300 worth of quarters at NYNY on one of these games … those were the days!! Great video, thank you!
Hi Marc: Just got a bonus for $200 from the 2nd Offer from the $1 Top Dollar at the Bellagio this past weekend! I took it right away and ended up being up for the trip! The first offer was for $35.
Is that top dollar machine sped up or are the older machines that fast with putting up the dollar amounts?
Is it just me, or does that pinball game say Paris next to the card reader? If so I guess we know where this game was located at!
Great video Marc. Have you ever heard a reason why IGT/Barcrest went w/ Triple Diamond for Top Dollar and Double Diamond for Double Top Dollar, rather than using the same base game for both?
I would love to find either of these in the 25 cent denom at a casino. Iβve never seen one lower than $1 in the wild
On the Top Dollar footage the machine is a quarter machine, but the prizes are listed in dollars, however a $20 Top Dollar win was only adding 20 credits to the quarter machine. Whatβs that about?
Love your pro tips! Didn't know there was over 30 different Top Dollars, cool!ππ€π° It's too bad these original games are getting harder to find, I'm glad they are keeping some original but in newer cabinets!ππ€π° I wish they made it easier to get all 5 balls in the bottom on Pinball!π€ͺ
Same voice used on the newer machines. Any idea who he is?
In Lauberge casino in Lake Charles Pinball is only found in the High limit area.
Loved watching you drop in the quarters. Ahh what memories. π€
I remember playing the original Top Dollar in Slots a Fun in Vegas many years agoβ¦sadly Slots a Fun has gone waaaaay downhill
In Vegas now. Pinball and top dollar were busts. But Eagle Bucks, Ainsworth machine, was generous.
Great games and information, thanks Mark
Marc, do you still own these two machines?
Learned something new today π€ Thanks Marc!
I played top dollar 0nce a day for 2 weeks in vegas. put $20 in 1st day hit top dollar twice in 3 spins. After that it was a rare event. It was a 1 dollar machine that dried up,,lol.
I have never played any of these machines. π’Never caught my interest, till lately watching people on them.
Cool, must be S+ models.
What would be the minimum amount to start off with the quarter machines?
Gotta love me some Pinball and Top Dollar!
